We believe in ministering to the needs of every child, including our youngest members. While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured that their children are receiving personal care in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. Our volunteers are trained for the work of the ministry. Therefore, they create a positive church experience that introduces infants and children to a love for Jesus.
In Fuzion Jr High we focus on learning God’s word in a fun and innovative way through games, challenges, events, and teaching. We believe that within our young people lies the solution to the challenges in today’s society. Our vision is to raise up disciples of Jesus in a Spirit-filled environment that emphasizes relationship, relevant ministry, spiritual growth, worship and giving. Our team of adult leaders are committed to preparing future leaders to carry out the message of Jesus into our schools, our communities and the world.
Area-51 is a ministry that REACHES into our community and provides a “come as you are” environment for high school students through high energy services and a relevant word for the season they are in. Jesus is our source and everything we do points back to Him. We believe that in order for students to be influential in this day and age it requires more than our Wednesday night service that is why we DISCIPLE the youth in smaller more interactive settings to give them a firm foundation in Christ. But their growth doesn’t stop there, we also believe in a student led ministry; one where the students are an integral part of every service. At Area-51 students are not just a number, we believe in EMPOWERING them to become the leaders that Jesus has called them to be.
It is our desire for young adults to connect with the local church by building relationships with one another and with Jesus Christ. We provide a community atmosphere through outings, events, and ministry tailored to the young adult.
The Lake Church 5 focus vision includes the belief that the church needs to be involved in missions, both long-term and short-term. Taking part in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), we send both physical and financial support to our missionaries.
We fulfill this by doing local outreaches and community events and supporting several full time missionaries serving in other countries. We also have members of our church who each year make short term missions trips and raise money to help meet the needs in foreign countries.
